Her husband was Frederick Howard Taylor (1862\u20131946), second son of missionary Hudson Taylor (1832\u20131905), founder of the China Inland Mission. Mrs. Taylor was a prolific writer, publishing many classics related to the efforts of the China Inland Mission. The most well-known include <em>Hudson Taylor\u2019s Spiritual Secret <\/em>(1932), <em>The Triumph of John and Betty Stam<\/em> (1935), and this book, <em>Borden of Yale<\/em> (1926).
